I realised how much I loved your cemetery pep talks, and this one is a beauty. Thankyou Julie for sharing such relateable thoughts and with humor and depth. You're awesome.
Hi Amanda! I do sometimes put it back on my phone if I have to promote something, but now after having it off my phone for so long, it feels icky to have it on there. I'm like "get it off of here! ew!"
Can you share (again) some of the books you found useful in your journey back to your own ideas? I think you've talked about Deep Work by Cal Newport, but I know there are others, too...
Yes! There were three by Cal Newport: Deep Work, Digital Minimalism, and So Good They Can't Ignore You. Four Thousand Weeks by Oliver Burkeman. Peak Mind by Amisha Jha. The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. The Practice of Groundedness by Brad Stulberg. Catching the Big Fish by David Lynch. I feel like there were others, but those were the ones that come to mind (and so perhaps the ones that made the biggest impression. I'll come back and tell you if I think of more!

Thank you, Kaye! I'll be doing more of them!
Love this Julie. Thanks💛
This was helpful, thank you! I just deleted Instagram from my phone (again) we shall see how that goes. Happy Writing!

Loved this! And I just had to crack up at laundering the children. Thanks so much, Julie!
It's good to see you, too!
