On Not Responding

I suddenly realized that I’m doing some serious self sabotage by checking email and texts as often as I do. Even though I know I’ve talked to you about it before. I realized not only do I feel a need to be nice and respond, but I like checking an easy task off my list. Sort of like when I realized social media was a form of fake work. Responding to emails can be fake work too! Just Do the Work already, Julie!
